Our Mission

At BelPres Church, our mission is to participate with Jesus in furthering the kingdom of God on the Eastside and the places in the world he sends us. Over the next 3-5 years we feel called as a church to walk this out by:

  • Equipping our whole congregation to be fully-engaged disciples.

  • Empowering every generation to reach young families.

  • Further developing our campus to serve the needs of our church family and the Eastside.

Our staff live this mission every day, using their gifts and talents together toward unity and revival on the Eastside and around the world.

  • BelPres offers a competitive benefits package designed to meet the financial and spiritual needs of our employees. To Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term disability insurance premiums are fully paid by BelPres for all employees 25 or more hours per week. The cost of adding family members to some of these plans is shared between BelPres and individual employees. All employees over 15 hours also receive 12 paid holidays per year, 3-4 weeks of vacation, and 2 weeks of sick leave. Employees under 15 hours per week receive sick leave based on hours worked. Participation in a 403(b) plan is available for employees 15 or more hours per week, with a contribution from BelPres for those 30 or more hours. Child Care Center Caregiver (Part Time)

The Child Care Center ministers to the youngest members and visitors of BelPres. As a Caregiver, you will care for the physical needs and be sensitive to the emotional and spiritual needs of the children in the CCC. For more information, download the job description here.
